Elise Mashni represents individuals and business owners at Ayar Law in tax controversy and resolution, SBA loan debt matters, and federal tax litigation, serving clients in Michigan and throughout the United States.
Elise treats each client relationship as a partnership. She explains every available option, keeps clients informed about where their case stands, and works to take the legal burden off their shoulders so they can focus on their families and businesses.
Elise grew up in a family of attorneys and started interning at law firms at 16. Before law school, she also interned at the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office and the U.S. House of Representatives. At the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, her classmates elected her Executive President of the Student Bar Association, and she graduated a semester early.
